The first action after receiving such a message is to check if your devices are connected to the Internet.
If the Internet connection is stable on both devices, the problem could be due to an incorrect installation of the program. To transfer remote control from a computer to an Android smartphone, you need to install the TeamViewer QuickSupport application from the Play Store. After installation is complete:
- You need to log in to the TeamViewer QuickSupport application, read the terms of use and click the “Confirm” button.
- When QS asks your permission to display over other apps, tap “Settings”, and flip the QS switch to “On”.
- After the above steps, the mobile device will be assigned an ID.
- Enter these numbers in the “Partner ID” field in TeamViewer on a PC and click “Connect”.
- The owner of the smartphone will receive a message about a connection attempt and must click “Allow”.
If you still cannot get remote access, the application files are most likely corrupted. TeamViewer QuickSupport must be uninstalled and then reinstalled on the smartphone with the latest version of the application.
