AnyDesk connection always uses the keyboard settings set on the connection initiator’s device. Example: if you have a Mac computer, when copying information on a remote Windows device, you must use the Command (or Cmd) + C keys.
If you choose the correct hotkeys, but the keyboard does not work in AnyDesk, you need to make changes to the program settings.
Click on the menu button in the upper right corner, go to “Settings” – “Security”.
Check the boxes “Control my device’s keyboard and mouse”, “Access my device’s clipboard”, and “Access my device’s clipboard to transfer files.”
After changing the settings, close the window and connect to the remote PC again. The mouse and keyboard should work correctly.
