I always get error messages in TeamViewer, despite all settings are correct, from what I can see. Does TeamViewer have a support team? How to contact it?
Customer support is available in TeamViewer. Technical experts can be contacted by phone or email. It is more convenient to send questions from your account.
To chat with technical support, log in to TeamViewer and go to the “Feedback” tab. Enter your question and the email address.
If you want to attach log files or a screenshot, check the corresponding boxes. Choose an automatically taken screenshot or add a custom image. To send a message, click the “Send” button. A response from the TeamViewer support will be sent to your email.
