When I connect to a partner via TeamViewer, the screen goes black on the remote computer. The desktop wallpaper disappears, but the program shortcuts remain. What is causing the display error?
If, after connecting to a remote PC, shortcuts and other desktop elements remain in their usual places, you should not worry about the missing wallpaper. This is a minor performance glitch.

The program disables the background image to improve device performance and ensure connection stability. TeamViewer usually shows a black screen instead of wallpaper when partners use smartphones or a weak, outdated PC when connecting. If you use two computers with high performance when connecting, the wallpaper will not turn off.
