TeamViewer is not compatible with software from RealVNC. If RealVNC applications are running on the computer, they must be disabled and then connected to the remote device again.
The second step is to change the program settings. If the keyboard does not work in TeamViewer, go to “Menu” – “Extras” – “Options”.
Then select “Remote control” and tick the “Send key combinations” box.
After that go to “Advanced” settings, scroll to “Advanced network settings” and tick the “Use UDP (recommended)” box.
Also, don’t forget to update your TeamViewer. Open the Menu and click on “Check for new version”.
