When I want to connect to a remote computer through TeamViewer, the message "WaitforConnectFailed" appears on the screen. As I understand it, the partner is not connected to the TeamViewer router, what should I do next? Is my PC or a second computer the source of the problem?
"WaitforConnectFailed" error occurs if one of the two computers has a failure in the operating system, there is no Internet connection, TeamViewer is damaged or outdated.

First you need to check if both devices are connected to the Internet. If the connection is stable but the problem persists, restart your devices. Rebooting will fix errors in the OS that could prevent the program from starting.

The next step is to check for updates. To do this, press the “Menu” button in TeamViewer and select “Check for new version”.
