From my computer, I remotely connected to a colleague's PC. What now needs to be done to enable controls in TeamViewer for Mac? The screen of the remote device appears fine, but neither the keyboard nor the cursor respond to my commands.
If TeamViewer shows you the remote desktop, but the computer does not respond to your commands, you need to change the access level in the program settings. The TeamViewer setup algorithm for managing Mac OS and Windows is the same.

To change the access level on both computers, log into your TeamViewer account, go to “Menu” – “Extras” – “Options”.

Then proceed to “Advanced” and click “Show advanced options”. On your Mac scroll down to “Advanced settings for connections to other computers”, select “Full Access” next to “Access Control”, and click “OK”.

On the remote computer scroll to “Advanced settings for connections to this computer” and also select “Full Access”. After that everything should work fine.
