I want to remotely connect to my colleague's PC from my device. I installed the program, now where can I find that partner ID? Aside the ID, what else am I gonna need for connection?
To successfully set up a remote connection, you need to know the ID and password assigned to the interlocutor in TeamViewer. This data is stored in the partner's personal account. You can transfer the password and ID for TeamViewer by mail, via instant messengers, in person.
Your partner’s ID and password are shown in their “Remote Control” tab.
They need to copy this data paste it into a letter or a new message in the messenger and send it to you. After you get this info, you enter the partner ID in the corresponding field, click “Connect”, and then enter the password.
