To request a password reset from the program, launch TeamViewer, open the “Computers & Contacts” tab and click “Forgot password”.
To request a reset from the site, go to teamviewer.com, hover your mouse over a person icon in the upper left corner, and select “Management console”.
When in the management console, click “Forgot password”. Direct link to that page: https://login.teamviewer.com/LogOn#lost-password
Anyhow, you’re going to be asked to enter the email address associated with your TeamViewer account. Then go to your inbox, open the last email from TeamViewer and to confirm your request to reset the password.
Come up with a new password, enter it twice in the “Reset password” block, click “OK”. As soon as the message “Password has been successfully changed” appears on the screen, you can open the program and log into your account with a new password.
