I need to show business partners how to work in a new program. For these purposes, I want to organize a conference in TeamViewer. How to enable screen sharing without remote control?
You can give partners full or partial access to manage your PC. The desired access level is specified in the program settings before starting the connection.
If you want to restrict access to managing your computer, log in to your TeamViewer account, open the “Menu” and go to “Options”.
Proceed to “Meeting” and select “Minimal interaction (presentation mode) next to “Participant Interaction”.
Now you can start the conference. Virtual meeting participants communicate via video, audio, or chat. Screen sharing in TeamViewer can be enabled or disabled at any time. To display your PC desktop on a remote computer, click the Monitor icon, then click the Share My Screen button.
To end the presentation, click the crossed-out monitor icon at the top of the screen. To pause the broadcast, click the Pause icon.
