When connecting to Team Viewer, errors began to occur frequently. I read that this may be due to the outdated program. How can I find out the version of TeamViewer installed on my PC?
You can find out which version of the software is installed on your PC in the "Help" section or under the “Menu” button (depending on the version you’re using).
Launch the program, click on the “Help” up top (in TeamViewer 15.2 or older), or the “Menu” button (15.3 or newer), then select “About TeamViewer”.
To search for updates, click “Check for new version”. If there is a newer version available, an Update button will appear on the screen. Click it and wait for the download to complete.
